STAFF ARE STILL AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU
Whilst customers are unable to enter our store, our staff will be working each day to process and dispatch online orders, answer your emails and return your calls (except Thursdays & Sundays). We will also take orders over the phone should you need anything. Please check our Google listing as to when our staff will be on-hand to assist you remotely.
DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
At this stage e-commerce stores are able to enter their worksite to pack online orders which is great news. All of our online orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days.
During this time your order may be may be dispatched in two parts: some of your items may be drop-shipped directly from our suppliers warehouse, and other items directly from our store. As soon as each item is dispatched, we will send you a separate tracking number.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Please note that during this time, Australia Post and other Courier services are experiencing some delays, so if your order does not reach you as fast as we’d like, we apologise for any inconvenience in advance. Do continue to keep tracking your order and let us know if it is not received within 10 business days.
CLICK & COLLECT (FREE TO MELBOURNE CUSTOMERS)
If convenient to you, you may select Click & Collect at checkout. Please note, our physical store location is in Melbourne. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect & you must book a day and time with us so we know when to expect you. Contactless collection will be made available at our entrance. Customer will not be permitted to enter the store.
