Please alert us by email and include clear images of the product showing the fault. Do be sure to include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the fault.

If a product has been deemed faulty by ourselves & our suppliers, we reserve the right to offer a repair in the first instance, and if this cannot be achieved, a replacement product will be offered (same style, colour & size). If either of these first options are not possible, we will only then offer a refund.

Hosiery: is subject to wear & tear immediately (with one use), and will ladder, tear or pill when in contact on surfaces such as flooring, velcro, zips, and sharp objects (but not limited to). Hosiery will also fade during laundering or exposure to sunlight, and may discolour easily when wearing dance shoes or heavily dyed garments. This is considered normal wear & tear. Hosiery faults are not determined by normal wear & tear.

Footwear: Dance shoes are not designed for outdoor use & must only be worn in the studio. Please do not expose leather products to water.

Care Instructions: A product is ineligible for a return if the care instructions have not been followed. Please refer to the label on the product. Leather dance shoes must be cleaned with a leather shoe cleaner only. Some products may need to be spot cleaned only.
