CUSTOM UNIFORMS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CUT-OFF DATE FOR ORDERING

Pre-orders are open online for the TDC 10th Anniversary Limited Edition T-Shirts and Varsity Jackets, with strict cut-off dates (please see the product description).

Regrettably we are unable to accept late orders after the cut-off date, so we highly recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

A subsequent pre-order may be open at the discretion of the studio.

All other items such as crops & leggings etc are available in store or online, subject to availability. If we run out of sizes, we will place you on our waitlist.

SIZE CHARTS

The link to the size charts for all Energetiks Custom Printed Uniforms can be found on each individual product page. 

For your reference, the Tanks, T-Shirts and Hoodies are all generous in size. Torso length will determine the best fit for leotards - if in doubt, do go up one size.

If in doubt, you are welcome to come into our store at any time to try on any item.

TDC VARSITY JACKETS & LIMITED EDITION TEES - Size charts can be found in the images. Sorry, there are no samples of these products in store to try on.

Do check the size chart carefully before selecting your size as there are no exchanges or returns on Custom Printed apparel unless faulty. Our suppliers size charts are to be used as a guide.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIME BEFORE YOUR PRE-ORDER IS READY

VARSITY JACKETS: After the cut-off date, please allow 6-8 weeks for production time. There may be production delays due to COVID-19.

LIMITED EDITION TEES: After the cut-off date, please allow approximately2 weeks for production time. There may be production delays due to COVID-19.

ONLINE ORDERING

All payment methods are accepted online. During the checkout process, please select ‘STORE COLLECT’ so that you are not charged shipping fees. If your order is over $100, shipping fees will not be applied automatically. Should you accidentally select a shipping method, we will refund this shortly after your order.

DELIVERY

VARSITY JACKETS & LIMITED EDITION TEES: Once all items return to us from the production team, and are packed and individually labelled, we will deliver them to the studio for distribution to students. You will be notified via email when this occurs.

ALL OTHER ITEMS: Available in store subject to availability and in most cases can be issued on the spot.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend a gentle machine or hand wash only, using cold water. Do not bleach or use laundry sanitisers, do not tumble dry or iron. As your uniforms have been screen printed or a vinyl heat transfer applied, do take care with laundering. 

The print on your custom garment will only be compromised if you do not follow the care instructions. Our suppliers have tested the quality of their garments & print hundreds of times and guarantee their work.

Pilling of the fabric is normal through general wear and tear. If in contact with velcro or harsh surfaces, pilling, tearing and further damage will occur so please take care. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Varsity Jackets & Limited Edition Tees: Our production team will only manufacture and print styles/sizes during the pre-order period. There will not be any extra sizes or surplus in styles manufactured and printed. Keeping this in mind, please refer to our below Return Policy on Custom Uniforms:

  • We do not refund or exchange Custom Uniforms for change of mind or incorrect size selected so please choose carefully;
  • There are no cancellations or refunds on Custom Uniform pieces;
  • If your uniform is faulty, you have 30 days to return it to us and we will offer you a replacement in the same product and size only;
  • Faults does not include (but is not limited to) general wear & tear, mishandling, misuse, ripped seams or zips from ordering the wrong size, and incorrect laundering. All returns are subject to inspection by our supplier before we offer an exchange item.
